Perfect!!!

Love everything about this app. Very impressed. Some "organizers" are nothing but pure chaos & leave me wondering What is going on inside the minds of their inventors! This is logical, doesnt take 50 steps to do what you want, is clean & uncluttered to look at, & a cinch to switch between lists. •Can create a category, ultimate goal, or "priority" by making a new page at bottom right corner. •Then can create subcategories by choosing list icon. •And then add list items under that category. •The notes can even be used as another subcategory, when needed. •Can check multiple days for weekly repeat tasks (other apps dont give this choice). •Can pick a certain weekday of a specific week (i.e.: 3rd Saturday) for monthly due dates. •Can create due dates for whole list, list items, or both together (not an option on many others). •Can choose whether or not to have an alert (some apps seem to think you need alerts for each item on a grocery list!). •Can sync mobile devices (not yet available for Mac, though). •Can e-mail any list you wish. (I only tried this once, I just take a screenshot & send that, in case the device being used to open it doesnt have this app. The screenshot is easily printed.) •Inexpensive, maybe the cheapest one I found. *There was only one thing that I think would make this beyond perfect: On annual repeats, provide an option to choose a weekday of whatever week of whatever month you wanted, instead of a hard date. (i.e.: 2nd Monday of April. Certain year-end business chores are only Mon-Fri. Likewise, you cant get your taxes postmarked on a Sunday.)

THE BEST!

Again I come back, try and try again I cannot find a true replacement for this app. @handcarvedcode, you stated on Twitter an update was coming. Please keep it simple, keep page format, calendar sync, maybe a few bells and whistles might be nice. Simplicity is what makes this app great. Hope to see an update soon. Still the best and always comeback after trying new apps. Though @handcarvedcode loves to make you nervous with the updates.

Simple but Powerful

Former Wunderlist user here who wanted better multilevel lists as well as templates for lists. Both these features work beautifully in Priorities. UI is clean, feels right for iOS, and has good information density and management of tasks on screen at once.

Support good developers...

Update...still no response from tech support, but has been running quite well on iOS v9.3.4... Great app in the past. Love the way it integrates with my calendar apps: Calendar, Google Calendar, Fantastical 2...however, crashes constantly on iOS v9.3.2 & v9.3.3. Server is still syncing between devises, but last update was over a year ago. No response from support. Really would like to see this app survive...clean, neat, very well designed. Perhaps the developer is so busy working on an upgrade that he hasnt had time to answer support emails...???

Great app when it works. Bad customer service

I live in and rely heavily on this app for everything I do. Unfortunately some problems are getting worse and more frequent. I emailed them about this a week ago and have received no response. App has been freezing, split screen issues, not saving changes or new entries, or items marked complete, etc. Very annoying and problematic for me since I use it for business. Would love to hear from them.

My go-to app

Ive been using this app for more than a year and I am still very impressed with its versatility and ease of use. I use this app more than any other, whether it is for "to do" lists or "shopping" lists or any of the other pages Ive created to hold lists and info

I love this app!

Ive tried all of the major todo list / simple project management apps, and I keep coming back to Priorities. It has an intuitive interface with the right balance of utility and complexity. I keep it docked as one of the four main apps, and use it throughout the day. The perfect synchronization across the web and iPad is a real time saver. I hope an Apple Watch extension is in the works... a feature I would gladly pay extra $$. Highly recommended!

Really good

Returned to this after a long hiatus, and its still one of the best. Wish it had a widget, otherwise pretty perfect.

Not so hot

Deleted items keep returning. I cannot recommend this app.

Great App!

Clean, easy to use, and powerful. Love it. And now iOS 10 compatibility. Yes!

Wonderful to-do app

I AM SO HAPPY THIS APP HAS BEEN UPDATED. I was worried the developers would abandon this app, but they didnt. I run my life with this app! This is absolutely the best to do list in the app store. I have tried many of them. It is simple, clean and easy to use with great features that do not complicate its usage. It has templates for repeated tasks, sub lists, easy reminders, quick backups, web access, and I could keep going. . . .

Best checklist app

Over the past 5 years or so I have tried many remind/checklist apps. I still keep going back to this one as the best, despite it almost never being updated. The recent update gives me hope this app will still be around for a long time. I especially like how recurring items dont appear until you want them to based on your preferences. Its frustrating that Apples Reminders app will show things that are due 1 year from now, & there doesnt seem to be a way to hide that. You can control things like that here in Priorities. Now... Please make an Apple Watch version!!!

The update was broken but fast response by the developer solved my problem

I love Priorities. My wife and I use it every day. After the most recent update, I had trouble editing lists. When I tried to add an item, it just wouldnt stick. I wrote to the developer this morning, got an answer this afternoon which solve my problem, and I noticed that he followed my suggestion to make an announcement about the problem and the fix on his website. I am extremely pleased with this app, especially the syncing across devices. And you couldnt ask for more responsive developer.

Beautiful, Simple, Intuitive, and Fast

Whenever, I look at other to-do apps, I always come back to using this one. The iOS 8 redesign is great! This app runs my life.

Awesome

Priorities, Is one of my most reliable heavily used apps.sinking between devices is flawless.cant say enough good about this app.additionally love the syncing with Calendars.

Not working properly after update

I love this app and will change my rating once the issue gets addressed. When I try to update a to-do list and add on, it doesnt initially add my item on, until I write/type something in the "item name" box, then press done or next, then it gives me the "new item" box and I have to retype whatever I was originally trying to type. I cant remember if this was a paid app or had the option to upgrade, but if it was a paid one, I know I wouldve paid for it...so please correct this issue, its very frustrating!

Cant add to lists

With the newest update, adding items to pre-existing lists has been hit or miss. I enter an item, hit "Next," and enter another. When I hit "Done" and scroll to the bottom of the list, one item is there, but the other isnt. I also really liked how in the previous version you could see the item appearing in the list as you typed them. Maybe a fix could address both these things.

Perfect Update

Ive been using Priorities for a long time and have been waiting for them to update it to match the look of the new systems and the wait was WORTH IT. By far the best list app on the market and will always be my go-to.

Priorities is the best of the lot

I dread upgrading apps I depend on. Im relieved to say that Priorities still works well, and is still the best app available for what its designed for. Managing my to-do list is one of the top things I look for my device to do, and Im extremely picky about how it should work. After I switched to an iPhone, I went through several list managers. Including Toodledo, which I tried hard to like given its popularity. But in the end I discarded them all in favor of Priorities, which I believe to be the best of the lot. The app is designed for task management, and it does that well. Other apps throw in notes and other features, which makes a mess of the user interface. I need to be able to quickly create one-time, ad-hoc tasks that are easy to mark completed and dismiss, and I need to be able to create permanent repeating tasks using a variety of rules. The advanced reoccurrence rules is what many of the lesser to-do apps lack. Above all, I need one list of due and overdue tasks that loads quickly, is easy to check off, and has notification support. It took a while for me to find it, but Priorities is ideal for this.

Dont waste your money STAY AWAY

This is one of the worst developers/company I have come across in the App Store. I normally dont write too much negative but these guys need to get a handle on their customer service. This company Hand Carved or whatever they are called also had the app Occasions. They then all of a sudden stopped updates for that app and came out with a new one...Occasions + which you had to buy all over again. Then they stopped updating that one too effective Sept 2013. People complained but they didnt bother. I have personally emailed them a few times and no response. These guys are in this for a quick buck. You dont know when they will stop updates for this app - Priorities and you will be left with what you have. Dont waste your money here. Give your money to a developer/company that cares. These guys will only respond and update till their app sells. BEWARE OF HAND CARVED CODE LLC.
