Just a fancy checklist. No scheduling capabilities. This app should be free. I want a refund.

I spent hours searching for a todo app that has a clean interface, flexible repeating/alert options, stores notes locally, easy task reordering, hierarchical tasks, and no monthly fees. This is it. I use this exclusively for all my task management.

I used to use the default Calendar & Reminders app for iOS at first but needed a better more capable alternative. I searched for alternatives and found Priorities. I havent looked back since. Ive been using it for over 4 months and it is honestly all you could ask for. Clean Interface, Easy to use and has all the features you need and more.

This app helps me remember everything in my life. Its my recipe book, grocery list, birthday reminder, agenda, project planner, notebook and much more. The graphics are clean and easy to customize to your taste. I love how it syncs with Microsoft Outlook...honestly, too many features to mention. The company is very responsive and have recently added a backup feature. Now I can really count on this app.

Hands down best todo app out there!! I have tried every single one and nothing comes even close to this one. Its still missing a few features that others maybe shine at but overall you cant beat this app!!!

I previously paid for the paperless app and when I saw and used this app it blew the other one out of the water. Everything you need is in this app from sub categories to alerts, due dates etc. highly recommend this app!

Looks good but needs custom alerts and custom snooze alerts

Ive tried a bunch of To Do apps and this one is the best. It is a nice balance between being simple to use with a clean interface but also having enough functionality and features to do what you need. I use this app daily and its one of my top 3 favourites apps on my iPad. I especially love that it is on the iCloud so that my iPad and iPhone sync up. Being able to nest tasks is great for organizing. Im trying to think of a negative of this app so that this review is more balanced...but I honestly cant think of any!

Ive been using Priorities for about 6 months now. Tried a few and this one has been the best for me. No complaints at all. This week I needed help from their support people and they were outstanding. Even supported me through the weekend. So happy! And for those that dont know, you ca send tasks to Priorities from email now. Great stuff!

Wonderful UI, great functionality... best task management app out there, period!

I finally found the app I needed, the repeating feature is best, you can create routines that doesnt fit in a 7 days/week schedule and it is the only app I found on the app store that does subtasks right. Oh, it looks good too.

I looked through about 15 to 20 priority apps that looked like they had the visual look and functionality that I wanted. This one caught my attention and now that I have used it for about month, here is some feedback... It is very flexible, with multiple individual lists supported by an overview priority list of due items (lets you know what is due today). Ability to have sub tasks is great also. It took me a little while to streamline the information I needed to process with Priorities, but I now have a smooth system that keeps me up-to-date with my various responsibilities. The "repeating" function has permitted me to enter my weekly, monthly, yearly, and even periodically repetitive tasks. It gives me TREMENDOUS peace of mind knowing that Priorities will remind me of all upcoming responsibilities. POWERFUL AND FLEXIBLE APP FOR SUCH A SMALL PRICE.

I have some complex, expensive, fancy, complicated apps for tasks but this little guy is fantastic. Very quick, updates all the iOS devices WITH NO HASSLE, you dont do a thing, it updates itself. One of my so called "awesome" note apps was a major pain in the neck when it came to updating.great app, love the occasions one too, well done

Much better than a simple task app, but much cleaner and less complicated than a projects platform. There is a bit of fine-tuning left for my preferred approach (like a way to save completed tasks), but very little. The web app is robust, the look is clean and professional, and the performance is smooth and without a glitch.

Great app easy to use.

Daily use at work makes my job so much easier and organized! Love this app!

I,ve been searching for a good task-todo app and this one is by far the best ive come accross, its simple yet does everything I need including exporting as an email. WELL DONE!!!
