Cant add to lists

With the newest update, adding items to pre-existing lists has been hit or miss. I enter an item, hit "Next," and enter another. When I hit "Done" and scroll to the bottom of the list, one item is there, but the other isnt.

I also really liked how in the previous version you could see the item appearing in the list as you typed them. Maybe a fix could address both these things.
