Love my Priorities app. It keeps me organized and the ability to share lists is very useful. Only suggestion I have is that I wish it had the capability to show items as "in progress" rather than just basic incomplete or completed. I often have tasks which are in progress. Anyway, love the app despite this missing feature that I wish it had. Highly recommend for those who want to keep organized.

This is a great app! Its very helpful and multi-dimensional. You can tell they thought of the user when they designed this!

Things recently was an editors choice and went free. I downloaded Things and tried it for a few days. I immediately came back to Priorities. This app gives me the customization I want and does everything I need. You cant go wrong with this app.

Have been using Priorities for several years now where it has lived on my home screen from day one. Love the simplicity and clean interface. Provides the functionality I need and set up so it integrates directly into a Gmail calendar for viewing on every device. Use it to track bills due, work items, Groupon/LivingSocial due dates. No reason to look elsewhere… A couple of suggestions for enhancements to increase usefulness — 1) integration to the Notification Window with a widget showing items due and ability to check when complete and 2) Ability to tie individual lists to separate calendars — i.e., Work tasks, Finance tasks, Personal tasks. etc.

Nice looking app but not robust enough for me. Would prefer a Mac App with shortcuts to add tasks quickly. Also do not want a web solution to sync with. Guess thats my only beef so far... Just my preference.

I love organization and Im big on making lists. I have always kept all my tasks on a large notepad or in a notebook. This is the only app that has given me the ability to get rid of using the paper versions for my "To Dos". It has never failed me when it comes to having a safe and reliable place to keep all the things I want to accomplish. This has been my "go to" app for quite some time. I have son in college and one in high school and a husband who travels extensively. This app is so adaptable and gives me ability to email tasks or dates to my family so that they can stay up to date as well. And if you have teenagers....they cant say you didnt tell them because it utilizes your email and you have a record of when it was sent! Ha! With that said, there are a couple of updates that I hope may be available in the future. The first is the ability to check off multiple items and move all of those collectively to a different location. At this time, you check off the item and chose a different location/folder for each one. I have my "folders" broken down by each day and if I happen to get behind one day, I have to individually move each task to the next day. This is a little time consuming and would make a world of difference if you could move everything you checked to one location. The other item that I would love to see is the ability to use this on my Mac. Currently, its on my iPhone and my iPad. Its awesome and the synchronization has been great as well! Love this app and this is what Ill be sticking with for 2015!!! Good luck on your decision!

Should have known that the ever increasing daily crashes would result in this helpful app eating too much essential work and personal data. Time for find another list keeper app

This is a great app that is intuitive and easy to use. It has many great features. I have tried several todo list apps, and this one is by far the best!

This is my favorite app to use when I have a lot of tasks to do. Its very easy to work with and has many features.

Love this app! Love being able to designate to do items to different, customizable categories. My only complaint is that you can not easily prioritize the "to do" list within each category (maybe similar to the Franklin Planner system.) That would be a great upgrade!

Love this app both on my phone and computer. The task/sub task is super useful. Has helped me stay organized.

Couldnt be happier with this app, its exactly what Ive always looked for in a task management app. Ive purchased just about every single app on the iPhone and gave them all a fair shake, none of them match this app in terms of usability. Theres room for improvement, but whats been done so far is fantastic.

Ive been using Priorities for two weeks now. I have tried--and, in several cases, used for a month or more--lots of different to-do apps. Priorities is solid, a pleasure to use, with just the right blend of power and simplicity. One feature request: It would be great to be able to email search results.

Great app when its actually working. Freezes up a lot and loses information.

I thought I finally found the fully synced task manager, but if I miss a task, it will not continue to repeat to remind me within the calendar. :(

Ive been using this daily for 4 years. They keep it updated, but not altered. Why mess with perfection?

Syncs all together on iPad and iPhone

This to do application is the best I have found. Believe me I have downloaded over 30 to do apps on my iPad and iPhone. I keep coming back to this one. I have now deleted all the others. The only thing that was missing was a tag or context so I kept looking at other apps. I finally came up with the perfect solution and it works wonderfully, I simply use an Emoji for each context I need. I put it at the end of the title line. I use the house for home, a little car for errands, a briefcase for my work and an hour glass for waiting. They work very well as you can see the pictures on the screen and quickly see tasks for where you are, you can also search for the Emoji in the search feature and see all tasks with that emoji throughout your lists. With that tip in place this is now the perfect app for me. I repeat many of my projects so the templates are perfect for just hitting a button and having that project show back up as a list. This app is very simple and very effective.
